Yad Sarah
Yad Sarah provides special vehicles with specialized lifts. The vehicles are air conditioned and have special safety equipment installed to ensure the passengers’ safety. The organization employs professional drivers who have received special training in transporting people with disabilities.
The service is provided for travel for any purpose: medical examinations and treatments as well as social events and family occasions.
The service must be booked in advance (at least 24 hours in advance is recommended).

The service involves a copayment and varies depending on the distance of the trip.

Ezer Mizion
Ezer Mizion provides dedicated ambulances to transport those with limited mobility (disabled or elderly people) free of charge. All drivers are trained and hold an EMT ambulance driver certificate.
The transportation services are for travel to medical treatments, medical centers, and celebrations — subject to the organization’s capacity. Moreover, the service includes assistance getting from the home to the ambulance.
The service is available from 07:00-18:00 Sunday-Thursday, and until 13:00 on Fridays.
Transportation should be booked before 12:00 the day before. Transportation for Sundays should be booked before 12:00 on Thursday. The service is conditional on the availability of ambulances and drivers.

The organization also offers volunteer delivery services for medication and assistive devices and transportation to medical appointments even for patients who are not limited in mobility.
These services are subject to the availability of volunteers and are provided from 07:30-21:00 Sunday-Thursday and until 12:30 on Fridays.
Requests for transportation can be made through the “Connected to Life” call center at 073-2477777.
Each request is transferred to the branch in the requested geographic area, and an available volunteer will contact the person making the request directly.
